Unique delicious flavor
The 'choco cinnamon banana' flavor is excellent. Each of the flavors in it is well balanced and none dominates. It's not easy to find a good protein shake powder that supports gut health and has high-quality ingredients, but this one had everything I was looking for. I like that it's sweetened by monk fruit extract instead of one of the synthetic artificial sweeteners. I've found that this blends fairly well in a hand shaken blender bottle, but it's even better in a blender. Toss in half a banana for an even smoother texture!

A Terrific Buy for Overall Wellness
This is a really great purchase because of the Vega brand quality that I've come to trust. I particularly love how it supports gut health. The plant-based ingredients certainly make a difference. With 5g of prebiotic fiber and 15g of pea protein per scoop, it's as nutritious as it is tasty. The Choco Cinnamon Banana flavor is an absolute delight. It's a bonus that it's excellent in taste. A perfect blend of health and flavor!

OK, But Misses the Mark on Claims
First things first, I got this primarily as an attempt at beginning to heal digestive issues. Based on what I've read on the subject from specialist in this field it has many of the main elements ideal for healing /building gut flora diversity and improving digestion in those with that issue. Does this combination work...?- for me I have to say yes. I can have sensitivity to certain ingredients and this so far has not triggered any problems. I've taken for about 4 days now and notice a feeling of ease, wellness, and reduced bloating around my stomach.....Now the taste - Truth: the reviews about the bad/odd taste are all true. I previously used the regular Vega protein frequently before trying this product which is fine. I did not expect this to taste worse than that.Next the 'blender-free' claim is also not true. I used a frother stick to blend the powder as I do with the other Vega powders . It was more chalky and terrible. I cant imagine trying to stir this with a spoon or shaker. As you will see in other comments that doesnt work. First day, I had trouble finishing it due to the taste and texture.Solution: just use the blender. I added half of a banana to the mix in a blender and it tasted great! Texture was smooth. Problem solved. If you want a digestion focused protein drink I think this works well when prepared as above. I haven't seen many other powders with this combination. I took a star off for marketing's unrealistic claim of 'blender free' and taste. You absolutely need a blender & maybe some fruit. I'm still rating this high purely for the ingredients. All in all I'd get it again if it continues to work. Now that taste is no longer an issue, I dont mind the extra step of blending and I didn't really get this because the claim anyway. If you dont have digestive issues, and dont want to breakout the blender stick to the regular Vegas. Those are better if you just want a nice protein drink.

A Terrific Protein Powder Choice
This product is terrific, no doubt! I particularly appreciate the 15g of pea protein per scoop. It's become my daily go-to and is hands down my favorite chocolate protein powder. And best of all, there's no unpleasant after taste. Highly recommend!

Buy through Amazon fresh
If you buy two containers it’s cheaper with Amazon fresh than Amazon prime solely by itself, I ended up returning both. The vanilla cappuccino was better than the berry. It depends on the milk ratio. I also blended both mixes and added ice/fruit. I cannot imagine it being good without blending with ice. That being said it wasn’t the great regardless, it was a little gritty. I’m not sure if you have the play with the mixture or what. The berry was really not good, it was definitely as one commenter said a fake berry flavor, could come off as medication but neither mix was strong enough flavor wise for me. After adding in other ingredients the flavor was definitely weighed down and you drank pretty much flavorless smoothie. I think the vanilla has the redeeming quality of adding chocolate sauce to it. Also, I don’t know if it’s me but after drinking 3 smoothies one day, my stomach really was not comfortable and neither held me over hunger wise. It might be totally in my mind but I felt hungrier lol. Needless to say, both were returned and I went to the bathroom a couple times, so maybe great for weight loss??? Lol!! Not sure if I’d recommend, just glad I didn’t pay full price.
