Always dreamed of owning a KitchenAid stand mixer so when I finally got it I thought now what? Bought this book for inspiration and it’s brilliant. Photos for nearly all of the recipes and easy step instructions letting you know what attachment and speed to use. Going to make everything now I just feel sorry for my waist line!!

While the recipes and photographs are wonderful, I thought the recipes would be more every day foods, not artisan.disappointed.

Love this book. I was feeling a bit intimidated by my gorgeous new Kitchenaid mixer and a bit overwhelmed by which paddle worked best in each situation. Book really helped. I have now made my first biscuits and bread

Very good

Good for a beginner and also for anyone who would like to make more with their kitchenaid. One problem, it does not state the size of baking tins used in the recipes.
