. I’ve been loving Raw’s Non-Stim Pre-Workout! It gives me the perfect boost in focus, endurance, and pump without the jitters or crash that come with a stim-heavy formula. I train later in the evening sometimes, and this has been a game changer since it doesn’t mess with my sleep. The flavor is smooth (not overly sweet or chalky), and it mixes well without clumping.

I switched to non-stim pre-workout because I do my weight lifting sessions in the evenings. This is by far one of my favorites in terms of performance. Great pump, focus, and less fatigue during my traning sessions. In terms of flavor (lemonade) I'd give it a 7/10. Leans a bit towards the bitter side, but remember taste is subjective. You might love it. I'm defintely looking forward to trying the other flavors.

Since I tend to workout at night I needed a pre that was caffiene free so I wouldn't disrupt my sleep. Definitely gets the job done for a preworkout, pump is great and it gets my energy and endurance up well without being too much. It's a pretty good value as well 40 servings is higher than normal packaging. My main issue with it is the flavor. It hardly has any lemon in it, and has a weird basil type minty flavor that is offputting. It also has a bit of a slimy fake sugar feeling to it. It's not too bad but I generally chug it to get it down. Interestingly, it tastes way better after a sip of coffee. The flavors mix well for some reason. Other than that its a solid preworkout, and if possible I would avoid this specific flavor.

Love the RAW brand protein tubs but this pre workout does nothing except make me itchy from the beta alanine. I find a much much greater pump but simply taking 2 L Arginine capsules before a workout. In fact I didn’t notice any increased vascularity with the RAW pre workout. I only got the tingly feelings. I did feel a bit more energy and slightly fuller muscles but zero vascular change.

When a product mentions GI issues from other customers I’ve always been okay. This was the exception, it’s almost as if you are taking a pill to give you a stomach ache and mess with your BM. The taste was okay, the pump was good, and it helped with my workout, but the GI upset the next day had me reaching out to customer service from RAW. Their response? essentially “sorry, not sorry” so if you’re debating this preworkout, I’d just go ahead and move on to the next one

I have tried a lot of different non stim pre workouts, but this one is my favorite. It is the only one that has helped me in the gym. This is the only one that I can tell a difference in my workout when I take it. I love that it is non-stim because I do not get shakey when taking it. I love the ingredients! The flavor is amazing. It dissolves well and doesn't settle quickly. I love how it does not have a powder taste. I also love that it does not leave an after taste.

Got a good pump with this one and use it with pre workout. Or if you want you can use it without pre and just use it by itself since it’s also stim free! overall pretty good and worth it
