Excellent product so far. Do follow Penny Smith Skincare on YouTube before using this for Demo. Use a simple Hyaluronic Acid Serum(The Ordinary or order the Cos De Baha make from Amazon USA) first with a brush on the face so the pen can glide far more easily. Make sure you follow Aseptic Techniques. Use Mediswabs(Amazon) to sterilise the skin. Clean hands with alcohol(70 percent) gel by rubbing in. Can also use surgical gloves. Better still watch Penny Smith on Laptop at the same time for guidance. Next time I am using Red Light(Amazon) after micro needling. Do not use retinol or vitamin C serums for at least 24 hours after micro needling because of risk of granulomas.

I bought this product for use in my beauty center. I choose 1-1,5mm depth for cheeks, chin, forehead and hairy area. I choose 0,5-0,75mm depth for thin skin areas such as around the eyes and neck. I use a numbing cream before using the product. After the application I use a cream or mask that soothes and moisturise the skin. It is very important to use SPF+30 . Nanosoft tips, using absorption of used serums. It us less painful, no numbing cream is needed. It is suitable for sensitive skin and the whole face.

This Dr. Pen M8 Ultima looks absolutely great so far. It is CE certified which is important for me. I am not professional so learned from Penn Smith's recommendations on youtube, I have seen some improvement on nasolabial fold after 3 times. I think this is the best way of fighting wrinkles and sagging. Strongly advice some numbing cream in addition to the hyaluronic serum!
