Torque Multiplier Lug Nut Wrench

SAVE TIME AND BE SAFER!! I did to want to review until I had used this long enough to really try it out well. I needed this on two of my box trucks. I bought this one because of the reviews.First receiving it in the box, it could have been stuffed more and possibly a heavier duty box. But it made it here fast. HUGE plus on fast I needed it quick.Second I can't compare this to other ones out there because I don't have them or used them. So pulling this one out of the box loved having the extra Sockets without having to hunt them down at the parts store. This thing is Heavy!! And it should be. I broke lugs loose that haven't been removed in a over a decade. It was smooth easy to use. I did have to put a socket on the lug next to it in order for it to reach but that was minor. I used it for left and right removing lugs. Easily broke them loose in both directions. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I do wish it had a ball for the socket but the more things you do to it the more expensive it is. So the cost of this was WELL WORTH IT! I haven't got my shop up yet to have the 1 inch impact.Lastly, I wouldn't hesitate on buying one if your in the market. I am just a guy that does his own work on all the vehicles I have. Having this has made my life so much easier and safer. Not having to try and use a 6' cheat bar on a 4 ft breaker bar and it still didn't break it loose.Update....... It has been 3 years I believe since I bought this. Still works perfectly! Awesome Tool to have around the Shop when working on big trucks or equipment.All 5's for me

The media could not be loaded. Not a great video as i'm holding phone while working.Paid for its self times over , first use today. Put brakes on truck, 3 axles. Shop would have been quite expensive plus days in shop.Remove lug nuts from heavy equipment with ease. Don't mistake this for the cheap stuff at them tool stores we all like. This works like a charm with no problems.Lug nuts on my Peterbilt 579. Sure it took a little lo get than having a impact but it was easy and worth it.my advice is tighten back up by hand till snug. Then use multiplier 10 turns each. Then another 10 turns. That should be close to spec .

Fantastic product works great a must have for the OTR drive that can work on his or her own truck. Well constructed i used it the 1st day i got it. This is a tool people its not for the faint of heart. Its not overly heavy as some said. But it will do the job and finish it with no problem. Following the youtube video you will not have to worry about checking for torque because as the videos says maybe 3 to 5 lbs max and when i had them torque i barely moved them

I used this to remove some stubborn wheel nuts from my forklift. It is a plus that it came with a small socket extension to allow the wrench to brace against the wheel hub. However I can not give it 5 stars because the dust cap on the hand driven end of the wrench keeps coming off. Still worth the purchase and better than fighting with a breaker bar or beating up the nuts with an impact wrench.

I needed to change tires out on my skool bus camper that was sitting flat, out 40 miles from any service shop. I contacted a tire shop and they wanted $400 to go on site and change out the new tires I already had. I figured what the heck, I'll buy this gadget to remove the wheels, haul them to the city, have them changed out for half the cost, reinstall them, and then own the Multiplier tool. That's what I did with skepticism, I ordered this tool and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and use of the tool. I love it. Honestly I am pretty critical on todays tools and quality of such items but this Hoss is well worth the money. I'll carry it in the bus along with a hydraulic jack and a spare. (The rears I won't worry about since I can drive slowly to a service center)Anyway, If you don't have access to airgun or a tire shop, this is your ticket. So easy my 60 year old wife took off 2 lug nuts just to show her how easy it is. Whether you are removing semi truck or RV lug nuts this works great. Stop breaking Breaker bars and pipes, this is easy!

The item stated in the images says 78:1, the item received says 65:1. The 78:1 is a big reason I chose this product. Yes it does say in the item description that it has a 65:1 gear ratio but the images are misleading. The quality also seems to be questionable.

Worked awesome when it worked. Had it a few years, used maybe 10 times. Then it broke. Something on the inside, gears or something. Also, the hand crank arm broke. Its cheap cast metal.

This is a nice tool for semi trucks if you don't want to spend thousands on the side of the highway on tires . However , it did not work well on my stepdeck trailer with R17.5 wheels . I did return it but only because it did not work well on my specific application . Works perfect on 22.5 wheels and is a good quality tool .
