Collector's Originality Guide Corvette C4 1984-1996 Hardcover – January 31, 2009

Anyone who owns or is planning to buy this generation Corvette needs this book. C4s were a product of a challenging time in the auto industry which needed to re-learn how to make cars as precision machines not simply big and fat - fool people into thinking well made. Early c4s were a nightmare when new and this book goes into the whole C4 Saga.

If you can rattle off the years what a C-4 Corvette is than you need this book. If you do not know what a C-4 is than do not waste your time with this book. Not a lot of technical information. but a good read if you share an interest in C-4's. This was writen by someone who could rattle off the answer that a C-4 was made from 1984 to 1995.

Being a Corvette C4 fanatic,I found this to be an excellent book! Extremely informative and well laid out. I thought I knew a little about Corvettes until I read this book. Any questions and this book answers them. It also has great pictures. I highly recommend this book to anyone who even has the slightest interest in C4 Corvettes. It was also a great price through Amazon and delivery was exceptionally fast.

I purchased this book for my husband as a gift. He has a C4 Vette. The book arrived within 2 days ( Amazon prime) New, in shrink wrap. The paper quality and Photos are high quality. The price was fantastic for this item. You will not be disappointed.

I can't believe how much information the author has about the c4 vettes every year, serial number, color and options for every year is well documented and the photography is fantastic. If you are a c4 fan this book is an absolute must have!

in great shape perfect coffee table book

Good photos, plenty of knowledge about the model. It would have been nice to have had some detail on popular upgrades (383 cu inch engine stretch etc.) but that's just nit-picking really.Great book.

If you have a C4 or are thinking of buying one this a great resource. Written by Tom Falconer of Claremont Corvette, who clearly has an encyclopaedic knowledge of these cars.
