I purchased large and xl in black. The large fits good, not slim fitting or baggy. The xl is definitely baggy. I would not try the medium as it might be hard to take off with the limited stretch. Sleeves fit perfect. The length is around my knees. I like the pockets as they hit at my waist, not the hips. The hood is double thickness and fits good. I have not noticed any shrinkage with washing in cool water and hanging to dry. Only some slight nubbies on the bottom band but not the main dress. Definitely my favorite sweatshirt dress, now they need to offer a crew neck style.

Use this for a cover-up for swimming during cold weather. Very warm, soft and comfortable. I get a lot of compliments and they want to know where I got it. I chose a small but think I would go up to a medium Just because it is a little tight when taking it off.

I am not a fan of the band at the bottom of the dress. It's a slightly different color and looks very cheap. Fortunately, the dress is long enough that I can cut it off and hem it without it becoming too short. Other than that, it's a cute dress with thick material. I'm 5' 5" ft (165 cm), 123 lbs (56 kg) and the small is roomy enough to be comfortable. I appreciate that there are pockets that don't make the dress bulky. I got the purple, but the true color is fuchsia with a more purple than pink undertone. It looks hot pink in my pic, but that's not the true color. Regardless, it's a gorgeous color. I read some negative comments about the hood not fitting correctly on some colors of this dress, but it fits perfectly in this color. I haven't washed it yet.

I was unsure - not into pants anymore. Wanted really warm dresses for the upcoming winter season. Figured I'll take a chance, based on 1,500 good reviews. Senior with frequent bathroom trips. Wear dresses now. Keep house rather cold in winter ... heat costs a fortune. So we bundle up suffice it to say - wool socks, polartec, etc. I am into layering. These dresses arrived today. Immediately noticed the thickness and quality of the material. This is a warm HEAVY sweatshirt fabric - and all cotton to boot !! Tried it on. Really comfy fit. One small complaint - sleeves are too long, but I generally push them up anyway. Will probably have to fold up cuffs and they'll stretch, but can't have everything. Hem is a little odd, but I can live with that. Hood is full sized - don't know why other people complained it's small - not at all !. Great side pockets. Fits great. Kind of straight up and down, but roomy in all the right places .. so hides all lumps and bumps and is figure flattering (which can't say for all styles for a 71 year old). Love the dolman sleeve style. Big enough so I can put a turtleneck underneath; can also wear my down vest over it, or a polartec vest or jacket. Can 't say enough good things about this dress. Bought in 3 colors - wine red, grey, and gold (they call it yellow). Returning the "army green " one tho - not army green, more like hunter green. LOVE THIS DRESS .. AND 100% COTTON !!! LOVE THiS DRESS !!! Think about it - where can you find a 100% cotton sweatshirt dress thats made exceptionally well, feels so comfy, thick and warm with hood and pockets? The answer is nowhere. Thanks Amazon - worth every penny of $38 !!

Obligatory disclaimer: please excuse my dirty mirror and messy bedroom. So, I really LOVE this sweater dress. It is *incredibly* soft and warm and the way it fits is quite flattering—it is a rare find in my opinion. I ordered 2 sizes smaller based on previous reviews because I was worried that if I ordered my usual size, it might be too baggy; which I sort of regret because it is evident to me now that the fit of this product is true to size. I was still able to squeeze into this one (which is a large) and I could probably even wear it out with a waist trainer underneath and it would work, but I’d rather exchange it for an XL instead so I can truly enjoy the comfort of this sweater dress as much as I enjoy the appearance. (Just for reference I am generally a US size 18.) The one thing I do not like about it is the small hood. It sort of lifts the shoulders up when you wear the hood, the way it would if you had a top knot on your head—even when you have your hair down. The hood is definitely more for aesthetic purposes than for actual use. My advice: if you’re going to downsize, only go down 1 size. Going down 2 sizes may still work for you, but it likely won’t be as comfortable as it could be and the sleeves may ride up. I can’t say for sure yet whether downsizing x1 will still look as flattering since I haven’t received my new one yet, but judging by the way this one is tailored, I would venture to guess it will. Happy shopping, y’all! Update: the XL came in today and I’m so glad I got it. The sleeves ride up a little still since my true size would be a 2X, but overall it is much more comfortable and just as flattering. Although I am happy with it, having downsized, I think if I were to purchase it again I would probably purchase my true size. In conclusion: You need this in your life!

This is so much cuter than advertised. I'm 5'6" and about 155-160 (depending on water weight and candy consumption, lol), and I got the medium, even though it said small was the ideal size for me. I'm pear-shaped, and clothes that are straight cut tend to pull and bunch around my booty and waist if it's too tight. This isn't! I probably could rock the small, but I'm glad I got the medium, because it's soft, roomy, and half off! Haha. The fabric is surprisingly thick, and I think it will work in the winter where I live (southeast USA), but probably not enough insulation for colder climates. I already ordered it in navy!

Ich habe die gr 50/52 (xl) bestellt und war erstmal skeptisch, gestern kam dieser Hoodie und ich bin verliebt, ich liebe ihn ... er is so schön kuschelig ,die Kapuze is perfekt.. mit einer Leggings und Knöchel Sneakers mega cool .. werde mir noch mehrere Farben bestellen..sowas habe ich gesucht und endlich gefunden... ♡♡♡

Love this oversized sweatshirt dress!! I ordered it in black and loved it so much that I ordered a second one in the navy. Very comfortable; great piece for fall, winter and early spring.

I. Love. It. Warm, thick and cosy. I'm between small and medium size, and ordered medium and it's so nice and comfy. Baggy and with a cool big hoodie, room enough for a pony tail. All that I was hoping for!

I absolutely love this Hoodie. It's a lovely thick fleece fabric which is super cosy. I'll definitely be buying another!
