Tight! But that’s what I was expecting! I read a lot of the reviews saying they had to order one right after the other which is what I wanted to avoid. It took some wiggling to get clasped but that’s because it’s a bit smaller than I should’ve ordered. I believe I ordered a medium. Which i had a feeling was a *little bit* too small. I was right, but I bought it in the smaller size for a reason! It’s super comfortable to wear, I can bend and twist and nothing comes undone or loosens. The fabric is soft for a waist trainer, not boney. Which most are. I bought this to help with losing about 20 pounds along with a weighted hula hoop gadget. I’ll update more once something has changed! I’m writing this review December 15th 2025. I’ll update again in a few months.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. From the very first use, I noticed how much it helps me sweat in my abdominal area. The material is comfortable, doesn’t pinch, and fits the body perfectly. It stays in place during workouts and even helps with posture. After using it during my routines, my stomach feels warmer, and I can definitely see better results in my workouts. The quality is great, and it arrived quickly. I highly recommend it if you want to sweat more and boost your fitness results!

So I'm 5'5" about 143lbs. My weight is evenly distributed. I initially got the large after reading the reviews. I normally wear a small or a medium in clothes. Really depends on if I can fit my bust in them. I had been able to close it to the 3rd inside hooks after about 3 wears. I ended up just deciding to wing it and get the small after reading a review of someone else my size getting a small. It's ever so slightly tighter than expected but not by much. I will definitely have it longer and I'm much happier with it. It's definitely comfortable and I'll say that for sure. I sit a lot for my work and it helped me sit up more. I like to maintain a good posture. It didn't roll or slide down throughout the day either. It's absolutely for long waisted people though. I will say that much (which I am) so if you're short waisted I would look for another one. It hits just where my bra is and down to the hips. I love the fact that it has a zipper. It's exactly what I was looking for. It hides very well under clothing which I was concerned it would not. I wear it all day and when I'm relaxing around the house. Very happy for the price. I feel lost without it now.

I'm a US size 1X, I bought this in a size 2X as recommended but it was still too small. I was able to close the inner belt but not zip the outer. I'd probably order the 3 or 4X next time. It is well made though and is comfortable once on.

UPDATED PHOTOS! JAN 6, 2026 (I got SMALLER) I WENT FROM AN XL TO L TO M TO S AND NOW ABOUT go down to a size XS!!! YALL IT WORKS. Started weight 206. Current weight 151.5 lbs. For anyone looking at the XL & XXL sizes for this waist trainer & aren't sure if the XL will fit you (i would size up to the XXL) (Plus you have 3 rows on that to tighten) Hello I'm 28 Female. 5FT5. Almost 5FT6 & currently on a weight loss journey again for the humpteenth time. Anyways. I have gained weight, & around 35 - 50+ lbs that I'm currently trying to lose. Current weight is 196-198 lbs fluctuating. My normal weight is about 139-155 lbs..... but since my current weight is 196 lbs i ordered the XL since i wear XL in clothes but probably should have gotten an XXL. (I had to lose a little bit of weight before i was able to wear this. So it sat in my closet for about a month. Upon unhooking it to open it up and puting it around my waist I got alittle nervous as it seemed to be an inch or more too small & i thought oh no maybe I should have ordered a XXL instead of an XL. I remembered when I had waist trainers years ago that they were a bit difficult to get on at first. I tried my first attempt standing up, i put it around me standing up with extremely straight posture while sucking in my belly alittle bit as I got the first hook on starting from the bottom once I got the first few hooks hooked it got alot easier. I slid down the waist trainer every little bit the further hooks I got done.. finally got it on. Now it's tight but comfortable tight, remeber I'm a beginner I haven't waist trained in years and have gained weight so it's going to take wearing it for a few days to a week to get used to it. I normally wear a tank top under my trainers. I wear this one on bare skin. Its the most comfortable feeling waist trainer I ever had on, it feels thin but is hugging me all around where it's supposed too, it definitely made my waist look smaller, the material is more stretchy in my belly area when I breathe in. Ive purchased out other waist trainer brands from Amazon that were stiff, the wires in them (the bones) hurt my sides and it rolled at the bottom when bending & also the material didn't expand out with my stomach making breathing difficult. As for the last part of getting this waist trainer onto your body..... its the zipper part after you get the hooks on (I'm on the 3rd loosest row of hooks "of course" (i honestly thought i was going to have to walk around with this waist trainer unzipped. It was too small. I needed an inch more to be able to zip up. I had to lay down flat. It took me seveal tries... I almost gave up but once I started the zipper at the bottom & then used both hands to pull the 2 parts of the material closer together to help the zipper go up that helped me tremendously. I've noticed you have to get it on and break it in alittle bit, getting it to fit your body. Give it time it will! Con: Hurts my boobs a bit when sitting (for bigger chested girlies). If you have larger breasts this could be a con but I deal with it. 🤣 I will have to come back & update with pictures of my results of my weight loss journey & waist training journey. I'm going to come back in 1 month.

I bought a size medium. My range of weight is around164-180 (when I’m festive happy) I’m 5’3” .im curvy, have a slim waist. I purchased the medium since it’s the same size as my other waist trainers which I love but I wanted something a little longer and I love the this one is to cover my fupa , that little flab of pregnancy skin. I use this to workout in and made me sweat good!!!! I would say this is true to size, I’m actually on the last row of hooks without issue, it was a bit hard to zip up I had to lay down for that but it went right up and it didn’t zip down or anything. It doesn’t roll up or down and stay put. The quality is great. No funny smell either. Honest & accurate review. I did NOT receive this free I just want to help other gym enthusiasts and REAL women with REAL bodies!

The waste train was great in the beginning but after wearing it a couple of times it became loose. The blue inside started to peel. The good thing about it though is that it definitely helped me sweat.

The product runs a little small. Im originally a medium and this fit me pretty snugged so it did help with my posture. Material is thinner than it looks from the image it is. Wore it during a mile run and did sweat a lot in it. So it is very functional. No skin irritation
