Ive ordered and taken quite a few supplements. These are my favorite yet. They do have a faint smell to them and kind of hard to swallow. I hadnt had a bowel movement in a couple of weeks. (I know). I got these yesterday took 2 and took 2 today and I finally went! And I feel much better. Im sold! 100% recommend.

If you have trouble swallowing, don't order these. Well, unless you plan to dump them out. They definitely are pretty big, and you have to take four of them. If you can handle big pills, you'll be alright. They are definitely harder to swallow than most over the counter stuff.They don't taste like much anything, so that's not a problem. They have caused no adverse effects on me. They didn't really do much of anything. They definitely didn't give me extra energy or anything like that. I honestly feel no difference.The ingredients on the bottle match the listing.

Smoothies and oatmeal are simple ways that we mix this in to have the children consume it without complaint.Seems nicely formulated - have not noticed any unwanted side impacts.

Good ingredients, I appreciate that it's all organic! The capsules are usual size and easy enough to swallow. I'm not sure if I can tell any difference when taking them, but I trust they are giving me the nutrients they claim to. I haven't experienced any side effects.

How do I give an honest review? I'd say 99% of all supplements don't have immediate results. Most of them come on so slow that it's very hard to notice any changes, good or bad. Most of us take supplements because we read or heard something that sounded good. Superfoods! sounds good but is it? Here's what I know, we need fruits and vegetables in our diets. Most people, me included, don't get enough of either so being able to take a pill and get the recommended daily requirements would be great. So we spend billions on superfood and other supplements hoping for the best.I've been taking these pills for about two weeks and I can't honestly say I feel any different. Like I do with other supplements I'll take these for three months and see if I can tell any difference. Right now my rating is based on what the bottle says, how difficult are they to swallow, and price.The ingredients all sound good. They are huge pills. If you have any trouble swallowing don't order these. The price seems very reasonable based on some other superfood supplements.

These Organic Veda Fruits & Veggies Supplements have excellent ingredients & benefits. I am very in tune with my body and feel these give me a little energy and make me feel great. I eat real fruit & veggies almost everyday and take 2 on those days. I take the recommended 4 on days I don’t eat enough real fruit & veggies. They are large capsules, but I don’t have trouble swallowing them. For 120 capsules, I think they are a great value and I would buy them again.

Don't like to eat veggies? These are for you. I love that they pack so much good stuff into little capsules. Great for those who don't want to eat bowls of produce daily. Also a good way to get my teen to have some veggies in his diet.
