Love it
I don't normally write reviews but I am over the moon with our new lock. Installed it myself and integrated with SmartThings. I have it set up so I can manage codes from my Android. Perfect for our Airbnb hosting.Update 09/2017 - I started having some of the issues other people talk about with lock sticking and being able to unlock without the code. I contacted Yale and they sent me a new lock out within a few days. It was not difficult getting through to customer services. I have fitted the new lock they have sent and so far so good.

Fantastic Lock highly recommended
Good product functions superbly. Only down side is the the Z-Wave people along with Yale are just not updating there controllers. For us not a problem but come on people stop blaming the other party. Build quality is very good has managed a summer and winter so far with no problems. Easy to fit if you a competent and patient worker with tools. If not ask a professional to fit.

Fault
Had 2 of these become faulty in just over 12 months. Unless you want to be calling locksmiths out constantly, I would advise staying away from the yale smart lock.

easy to fit and program but if you want it ...
The Yale key works well, easy to fit and program but if you want it to work with Alexa you will need to buy a separate Z-wave bridge like Samsung smartthings. It does say in the box that the Yale key supports both Z-Wave and Zigbee but that is a lie. I had hoped to make it work with my Amazon Echo Plus but when I asked Yale if this would work they said it was only in the US they support Zigbee. So why put in an extra page document saying the Yale lock supports ZigBee for UK customers? Equally, if you do get it working with Alexa the command options are limited to "Alexa is the door open/closed". You cannot ask Alexa to unlock the door using your voice.
