Bottles aren’t full
Update: contacted the seller and they rectified the issue. We love this ink and will continue to purchaseI bought this in April and we didn’t open it until today. The white and red bottles are not completely full. For the price of the ink, our bottles should all be the same level. Hopefully the seller will respond to me and I’ll change this review if they fix the issue.Over all great ink

I had a problem with my order and didn't expect much to solve the problem. Boy was I wrong!! The owner went through great lengths and literally found me on my social media platform!! Not only did she apologize for the issue I faced, but she completely replaced my ink and gave me extra ink for my trouble!! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TOP NOTCH!! I recieved my ink today, free of charge, no hassle. This was already my favorite dtf ink spot, but the customer service has me blown away. I am a forever customer now!!! You gotta try this ink! Vivid colors, spotless printing, and beautiful prints!! Sold!

Good quality
Good quality have no issues with any of my prints and very colorful and vibrant. My washability test were good. And little to no cracks after multiple washes. Also have good coupons so it's affordable.
