This is my third update: I have been using the unit for about 3 weeks and have lots of seeds growing. It is my first experience using hydroponic units and it was a bit confusing getting the timer working. I hope it holds up...if so, would have to say it is a great little unit. Customer support would have been helpful. This timer seems to be working now. Let's see if it continues. Original message: I want to love this unit, but I cannot find customer support. Simple to put together, but I don't understand how to set this to start and stop automatically. I tried to follow the brief instructions for the 30 minute run cycle then thirty minutes off, but it does not seem to work. Unfortunately there are no videos explaining how to do this since it is a fairly new item. I guess for now I'll just turn it on when I get up at 6 am and turn it off when I go to bed at 830 or 9. Any one else have trouble with this?

Lighting went out shortly after purchasing. Reached out to the company for a replacement but never heard back.

I have been using for a couple months. The plants grew fast within a few weeks. I am still enjoying mounds and mounds of lettuce. Amazing. Highly recommended. Very large and very powerful light. Everyone compliments it when they stop by.

The media could not be loaded.  Good basic Hydo design however Pump failure

Truly it's a great product but it's only worth it if they give you a discount on the price they can always get you later on with the seeds and they all other stuff but you can use different stuff

The directions weren’t very clear but I figured it out and put it together and started using it. At first it worked fine. However less than six months down the road it leaked it looked on my table and onto my floor I have no idea why it leaked I took all the water out I cleaned it I made sure everything was secure and then when I refilled it with water again it leaked again so it’s totally useless to me to me now and I tried getting a hold of the company and they didn’t respond to anything so that Customer Service is extremely poor as well.

It was a great little product and I was very happy with it until the motor died. I have their contacting the seller, manufacturer, and looking for a replacement online but haven't gotten any responses or found a replacement , so no matter how good it started out, I'm stuck with a $100 investment that is useless.

Since I've gotten this hydroponics kit I have harvested quite a bit of lettuce, chickory, parsley, and chives. Still working well too.
