This product has a strong smell and there can be a brief burning sensation, but it took care of the spots I’d had on my back that nothing else removed. Most spots were gone in the exact time frame described. A couple of them that were older took a few more weeks. My skin is clear now and I am happy that I didn’t have to have anything surgically removed. Good product that I’d definitely recommend.

This was not the case with the other brand we used. My husband tested it on his skin and said it is *not* painless. It did seem like it worked well at drying up the treated spots, but I would not recommend this product for young children or anyone who would be bothered by it stinging.I know that they have a 30 day money-back guarantee, but I don't see a way to contact the seller on this platform aside from leaving a negative review here or a negative seller review. Often there is a "Contact Seller" option on Amazon under the order info, but it looks like they don't have that set up, so I have no way to reach out.

Update: The company really stands behind the product and their money back guarantee. Within a day of posting the review, they had offered a full refund. I do believe that this product would have worked if my kid had tolerated it better. After a few applications, she started to complain that it stings when applying. Now, she won’t let me near her with the medication. My kids refused to let me put this on them after a few applications because they said it burned.it didn't seem to help much either, but it didn't get used for very long so I can't say that it wouldn't have worked.**EDIT**customer service is excellent and gave me a full refund, and offered to let me try a different product from their company for free.

This product is burning my daughters skin around the molluscum to the point that I'm afraid she's going to have long term burn damage. I've seen the bumps go down so it seems to work, but my daughter won't go near it anymore. The product works, but my little found it to sting and so we had a hard time using the product since our daughter is so young.

I will preface this with I typically don't ever write reviews. My daughter developed Molluscum initially on the back of her axilla. It started off as a couple "bumps", and over the course of a few months began to increase in number and slowly move to her back. We made a visit to the pediatrician. We were instructed that Molluscum goes away in its own with time, some times resolving in as soon as a few months to sometimes a year. Her Molluscum continued to grow and she started becoming self conscious (she does dance and tumbling, and the "bumps" by her armpit were visible. As a last ditch attempt, I found this product on Amazon. The reviews made me hopeful and we decided to try it.Within a couple treatments, we noticed improvement right away! Nothing has worked previously. We initially started off once a day in the evening, however we did notice with her sensitive skin daily use became a little too drying on her skin. The dry skin became irritated with the topical solution and she complained of some discomfort, but only when the skin was cracked/dry. We then moved to every other day application and her skin wasn't as dry.Definitely recommend! My only tip would be that if one if the "bumps" is raw or open, or if the surrounding skin is dry it will sting. Otherwise no discomfort. Works quickly with regular use.

I read another review that said it burnt their child but I went ahead and purchased since there were other positive reviews. I applied it to my 6-year and she began to scream. I thought she was being dramatic so I tried it again later when she was sleeping. She actually woke up and started screaming again that it burned. She tends to be a sensitive child so be careful if you also have one of those. Bumps did start to go away though.Update: Company reached out and offered a refund- thank you!
