Small Doll
This baby is much smaller than I expected, so was a bit disappointed. Looking at the picture of the little girl holding four of them, she didn't look nearly as small as she is. She is cute, though.

Great first doll
Got this for my 1 yr old granddaughter its perfect for her to carry everywhere. Some the ones we have gotten are half as big as her and she has hard time carrying them.. This is own of the best purchase I've made!

They Won't Put It Down!
Contrary to the opinions of some other reviewers,this is a great baby doll. Let me tell you why some folks mistakenly believe it to be a poor doll, and then I'll tell you why it's a great doll, for a very particular set of children.The main problem most people seem to have with this baby doll is it's size, and I have to admit, the first time I saw her, I was also perplexed and dismayed. Most people will think this doll is 8.5 inches (the size of the bottom of a sheet of paper). There has been a miscommunication here. This doll is closer to 8.5 centimeters, much, much smaller. And as a result, too small for the average 4 or 5 year old.But absolutely perfect for a 1 year old, an 18 month old, a 2 year old, or even a 3 year old. Let me repeat that because it's important to understand: this doll is the perfect sized baby for a tot who is so small that a regular sized baby doll is somewhat cumbersome to handle.To an older child, this doll will look too small. To an adult, this doll is going to look, well, kind of creepy, almost fetal in size.But to a 1 year old, this doll is going to look like like a baby. And it's going to be treated and played with just like it was a baby. It is absolutely delightful to watch toddlers play with a baby that is sized just for them. So don't pass her up. If you have a wee toddler type, they'll latch on to her and they won't put her down.
