This product is different from the manual. The color also fades to orange, and the more I use it, the more my hair falls out and the hair is dry, so I stopped using it. not recommended.

Q: can this shampoo be used every time when I wash my hair? if not, how frequency can I use this product? Thanks

I use it ever 4-5 weeks. I would suggest also using shampoo & conditioner that helps to keep the color longer. Also if it’s stubborn grey…keep it in at least 20-25 minutes.
