The battery arrived at 3 out of 4 LEDs charged according to its own battery monitor which is nice to see, you don't want to let these go too flat so if they arrive with no charge you cant tell what state the cells might be in.I opened it up to have a look at the quality and it seems fine to me.. Decent PCB, all the cells look new and are from the same manufacturer and batch (PROS18650F2), and theres conformal coating on the PCB to give it some moisture protection if you leave it in the shed in the strimmer.Works fine, and charges with the normal B&D Charger. Too early to say how long the battery will last, but its a much better value replacement than the now unavailable original battery for my device.

Good solid battery, in both build quality and performance.Charging straight out the box is essential, as even the though the built-in power level LEDs were showing 3 out of 4 lit, the charge itself was considerably lower than the '75%' may indicate. It charged well with good steady current, and I would estimate the battery was nearer 50/55% out the box.This is common when the battery is brand new, and a few cycles should bring the LED-estimate into a more realistic representation.It's working well, and hopefully will continue doing so down the line.The one received here BTW has the '36V Lithium' orange and black strip down each side of the pack (as seen in the pics further down the page listing). The main/top image on the other hand shows a plain battery with no text.On a quality/value-for-money basis... 5-Stars.
