The ginger is really strong- I swear it warms me up beginning with my first sip. I’ve committed to at least a year of this product while I give my “good gut bugs” time to settle into and balance my GI system. I’m excited to have found another great Complement product.

The product was slivers on time, however, I was in utter shock when I saw the product - for fifty eight dollar - there was less than the 5 ounces described on the website, but less than was in the package which states 3.17 once’s. Although it taste pretty good - no one like to be swindled or made a fool of. I immediately applied for a refund - only to find that there is no refund for these type of products - which explains why - retailers are able to swindle people out of their hard earned money ‼️😤🤬

Gut Nurture Prebiotic and Postbiotic Superfood Powder is fabulous. I have leaky gut issues. I believe this is helping to repair my gut. It has a very strong ginger flavor which I love. I received a damaged package. I contacted Customer Support. They sent me another one fast faster than you can imagine. The customer support behind this product is fantastic! They wholeheartedly believe in their product and standby it 100%.

I've taken many products to help my stomach with no success, this is different. If you like ginger you'll love the flavor. The ginger is a little strong but it taste pretty good, you can drink it hot or cold. You feel it immediately calming your stomach, giving it what it needs. After 1 month it has done what medication could not. My stomach is now calm, flowing close to normal. I look forward to it continuing to improve in the next few months.

The flavor was tolerable, the ginger is pretty strong it burns your throat for a few minutes. I really didn't notice any difference in the way I felt after using this product. I had no issues with it though.

This is an interesting way of supplementing your probiotics, vitamins and trace minerals. Unfortunately, at 30 servings, it is very expensive and difficult to use. As directed, the resulting drink is rather bitter, so unless you add sugar or use it in a smoothie, it can be hard to swallow. To consume the one teaspoon, I have to add double the water and several tablespoons of sugar to make the drink palatable. Given the cheaper alternatives of yogurt or capsules, this probiotic mix may not warrant its high asking price.

If you love ginger, you’ll like this drink (or you can add to smoothies, oats, etc)! As a distance runner, I’m always looking for ways to support my gut health.

It was very very strong with ginger, burned my throat and down my throat...did not like it...I would just take a supplement or fiber instead.
