Bought the food warmer in 2024, best purchase ever for work. Can warm food from frozen and keep it at a very eatable temperature. Doesn’t draw too much power from the battery when left plugged in. Accidentally left it on all night and was still able to start the truck up. Been using it everyday and it’s still working great. I’ll heat my meals typically in aluminum to-go containers but will also use glass containers.

My husband has been using this product for a few days, and it's honestly one of the best small purchases I've made in a long time. If you're tired of cold lunches or waiting in line for the office microwave, this thing is a lifesaver. It heats food evenly and throughly. It typically takes 10-20 minutes to heat. Everything is hot -- not just lukewarm. It's not blazing fast like a microwave, but it's reliable and doesn't dry out your food, which I appreciate. Just plug it in and let it do its thing. There's no complicated setup or buttons to figure out. It's quiet, mess-free, and doesn't give off strong smells. The design is compact enough to fit I na work bag, and doesn't leak if you pack it properly. Best use for office workers who don't have access to a microwave, truck drivers or delivery drivers, students or teachers that want a hot meal without cafeteria food and anyone trying to save money by bringing lunch from home. You know how Oprah has her Christmas "favorite things" list, well if I was famous, this would be on my list. My husband and I travel full time and when we were going from one place to the other (sometimes driving for a full week) we would end up eating only cold food all week. We have several dietary restrictions that don't really work with fast food so I always pack our food. The struggle was real. Now, before we head out on the road, I freeze left overs for a week, and each meal on the road goes in this amazing gadget and we are eating like kings and queens! My only complaint is that it isn't easy to clean, I highly recommend being very careful to not over-fill your dish, and when it is warm, remove from the thermal bag before dishing out your food. Any spill gets stuck in the seams. I suspect we will need to reorder once a year (that said, we will be using a lot) but I am totally okay with that, as this little gem has changed our lives! The food is delightfully warm in a couple of hours and doesn't overcook. If you work from your car, travel quite a bit or are a weekend warrior, you will want this to save money and enjoy delicious food while on the go! I am purchasing one for all of my kids for Christmas. One final note, there is a glass dish with lid (pyrex, anchor hocking, etc all have the size) that fits perfectly in the bag, we just store it in there between uses, it works PERFECT and gives you the optimum amount of food for two.

So far, this is doing its job. I use it for road trips and scenic drives. What's odd, though, is ziplock sandwich bag melted, but a regular generic one did not. I purchased one for my daughter as well. I will come back to update the review and see if it gets 5 stars. But for sure, put your food inside at least an hour before you need it. I had mine sitting on a cooking tray in the car(small one), thinking I needed it for heat protection. The pan warmed up(not much), but using the lunch bag with nothing underneath is better, because there is very little to no heat transfer. The food goes out nice and hot, nothing has overcooked , and frozen items do take at least 2 hours.

Great if you work in the field where you don’t have a microwave. Put your food in it and in 15 minutes it really hot. Saves me money by bringing leftovers for lunch.

My husband uses this pretty much daily to reheat leftovers. It’s perfect for use in his work truck where a microwave isn’t accessible. He really likes how it evenly heats food.

Works fantastic with a piece of parchment paper on the hot plate for warming pizza! Highly recommend this unit. It just takes a little bit longer if you’re using glass cookware. My best advice is put it in for about an hour and 15 minutes if you’re using glass cookware.

Great to have heated lunches now and not be using a gas station microwave or eating cold sandwiches any more. I drive truck for a living in town and works great. Depending on what you are heating up (frozen or not) I usually plug it in for 1 hour. If it’s is only soup probably would be less time. Find a container that is microwave safe. The container your pre made meals come in at the grocery/Walmart is probably not adequate and may melt. Find a better container. I saw someone with a melted container and they probably is a cheap container that came with the food they bought. I use a glass container or a plastic microwave / dishwasher safe container to reheat my food in. Also works fine in my Tandem truck with 24 volt batteries. Will be buying another one for a friend.

Great little cooker, cooks my dinner every night at work while i am driving, i thought it wasn’t working at first but i was putting my mobile on it and the air in the cooker couldn’t get to the top, so once i realised this i rigged a thing for it to keep the handle up so air gets to the top and around my dinner from with in the bag, works well now, defrosts my dinner every night in about 2 hours or less, don’t put things on it! It won’t cook otherwise.
