These were almost the same profile as my custom orthotics at a fracyion of the price. They arent as thick/heavy plastic but definitely less pain than not having any in my shoes. Fit shoes well.

I wear size 12 man's shoes; so I ordered a size 12-14 insert. The insole that arrived was wider then the outside width of my running shoes. However, earlier, I bought a set of size 8 women's insole for my wife, that fit perfectly. I am in the process of returning mine for a refund. This could probably be avoided, if the length and width for each insole were specified, when a size is chosen.

I just recently started walking for exercise and needed an orthotic. I have been very please with it. In my opinion, it’s an awesome product and an excellent price

These are great inserts and really help my foot pain. They are strong and well made and fit all the shoes I wear. I look forward to lots of walks with my new inserts

These are great. I'm a seriously flat footed over pronated runner. I started experiencing some tendonitis from my long runs. After adding these to my shoes, no more tendonitis issues! The insert is rigid and the arch is high which is exactly what I need to correct my over pronation. These are very similar in contour to a professionally made set of custom orthotics that I have.

Good arch support, but little flexability. Great for normal office use and light duty days.

My flat feet are still sore using these. To compensate, I've put my old soft orthotics over these in my running shoes, so I'm wearing orthotics on top of orthotics.
