Great product, can be kind of loose in the socket depending on many factors, but it works. I’ve used it in Asia Europe and the Middle East without issue. Like I said, it can be loose in some sockets so you need to play with it a little for a solid connection. Put electric tape over the blue LED so I can sleep at night as the LED which illuminates when the unit has power applied is very bright.

Worked great in Australia. Very compact and easy to use. Only used USB ports - so I cannot comment on the plug-in part. Charged my phone and my son's DS well enough. I docked one star because occasionally I would have to un-plug and re-plug it into the outlet to get it to work. Happened twice over 3 weeks. Overall for the price, I am happy.

This sure came in handy as we were traveling in Europe. I used it in both Italy and Spain, and it worked like a charm. Very handy, with both outlets and USB ports.

Plug was wonderful in Europe. It stayed securely in the outlets, we were able to charge 2 phones and use a regular cord at the same time. The bright color made it easy to find in our luggage.

The European adapter seems a little flimsy, but then I realized on my last day I wasn't pushing it in all the way. The color was great for not leaving it places.

Traveled to Italy for 17 days with this. Worked perfectly. Phones, cameras, MS Surface, all powered and charged without issue in BnB's, Trains, and Hotels.
