Perfect to keep insulin cold
This is a solid double wall container that comes with a pouch and ice pack with temperature sensors on both. This allows me to not have to pack a ice chest just for the insulin. Very convenient.

I wish it was a little smaller
I was looking for a travel cooling case for my insulin pen not a a 30z water bottle (lol) this is pretty great however, I don’t want to carry something a size of a water bottle. It does fit 5-6 of my pens in here which is a months supply. It’s great for long travel just not for me . I like to travel light and tend to check everything in except for my meds. This is just too big for me

Larger than necessary
I got this to keep my cat's insulin cold on long drives. Since it's billed as being a medicine cooler, I expected something smaller, but it is the size of a big 32 oz steel water bottle. In fact, that's basically what it is, only it has a little ice pack included. There's no padding on the inside whatsoever, so i guess I will use the extra space to pad the $300 bottle of insulin. Would've liked a smaller padded med cooler.
