this is a great handy drill although I must say my only complaint is that the instructions could've been a little bit more clearer about how to get the battery pack into the drill because if you look at the instructions it says you have to push down the side slants to slide the battery pack into the drill however there is a slight tilt back that you have to do to get it to slide in and it doesn't specifically say that ... you kind of have to tinker with it and fiddle with it to get it in the right position for it to slide in and for me as a small handed person with minimum strength ... it was a bit annoying and at first I actually thought I had a defective product but after some time of messing with it I realized I had to slightly tilt back the battery pack while pushing down the sides slants for the battery pack to go in ... so my only complaint is that they had an easier slide/slide out for the battery pack compartment but other than that I have no complaints ... it works wonderful ... it's very easy to get the hang of ... the power of the drill is perfectly adjusted ... it is not a heavy drill ... it is very light weight but you do feel some weight of it but it's not overly heavy to the point where it's too noticeable if you was to carry it around on you and I would definitely recommend this drill to anyone that needs a nice drill within a budget that is very easy and simple to use

Cute little drill and it does its purpose for the things a single gal needs to do around the house. However, the battery is very awkward and very difficult to remove! But it charges up fast and works well!

I loved the pink color….ive used it a few times already……im 81 years old and a great tool and easy to use. Just moved to a senior citizen apt, and I used it to hang a couple shelves, and used it for a couple other thins. I LOVE IT….GREAT TOOL FOR WOMEN…THANKS
