Overall it's a nice security camera for the house considering how cheap it is. Mine is set up on the outside wall of the house to monitor the little side street. I've used it for about 3 months so far and it has functioned without too many hiccups. I had to restart it once after a strong storm as the screen got discolored but once I restarted it went back to normal.Pros:- Installation is easy but I have installed a few of these before so your experience maybe different.- Controls are pretty basic and easy to use.- Easy to turn it in whichever direction you need. Infrared looks decent at night.Cons:- It has a light function but you can only turn it on and off manually. Would be better if it could come on and off based on motion detection.- It has a speaker/mic for 2 way comms but I have no use for it so can't speak to it's quality.- Photo/video resolution could be improved. It says it's HD but it difficult to make out car's license plates that are 20-30 feet away.

This is a pretty good security camera for the cost. Programmable timer for the light and it's a very bright security light. Decent video. My only complaint is the subscriptions for recording are a bit ridiculous. You have to pay separately for everything.

I like it the quality very clear. Sound very loud. And clear... easy to setup. The signal is strong and the price is reasonable . Thumb up i buy again

We bought this to monitor our show goats who were expecting to kid while we were away. Works fantastically! My son, husband and self were all able to download the app and monitor the goats anytime of day. It has a light for night viewing as well as a speaker that you can communicate to anyone in the area. The camera rotates and zooms for maximum viewing capability. Definitely will buy more to place in other areas of the barn.

These Netvue cameras seems to always work.

UPDATE - Netvue sent a replacement which I had no issues with to connect. But the camera itself is junk.It feels cheaply made compared to my other Netvue cameras and the one antenna fell off. When I go to move it using the controls in the app, it is jerky and jumps more than slides.it I cannot put it anywhere where it would be useful as it seems its do zoomed in and only covers about a small portion in the view. My old one was definitely more and it was a Stationary model (vigil from 2019). The night vision one is from the vigil. The daytime one is the new camera in the same exact space. Definitely not the same range of vision.I have had about 6 netvue cameras and no real issues. This one? Cannot get it to set up. I had put it exactly where an old (dead) one is, so I know the location as right. It just kept sayying "connecting to server". I brought it inside, near the wifi router and plugged it in. Reset my modem, router, ip configuration etc. Still cannot connect. The camera states that it connected to wifi, obtained ip address,, connected to server and to "enjoy the smart life" but the app doesn't get past this screen to add it. 4 different chat reps and still no solution

Good upgrade to my old cameras.Good quality.

My sister has had this for a couple years now and loves it. I got this for Christmas works so well I bought 4 of there inside cameras. You don’t need to pay for service.
