Doesn’t keep cold.
I put it in the freezer for 24 hours it comes out cold for 10 mins and thats it. Frozen pee bag is much more efficient

Works well, loses effect fast
It works well but loses effect pretty quickly. Get the XL. I do not have big calves but saw some other reviews and am glad I went with the XL

Comfortable fit
Bought this after tearing my calf. It was very comfortable and fit perfect. It even stayed in place if i chose to get up and move around.
