Good UHF RFID Reader and Writer
Good UHF RFID Reader and Writer. The vendor was of reasonable help and the setup is fairly simple. Used an isolated computer to operate this as I always have concerns with Chinese software being loaded. Still trying to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity of the reader and get it to stay set once switched to the traditional USB keyboard setting instead of the com port. We would buy more of these if we can get over this challenge.

Works like a charm!
It would be nice if they would include a download link to their software/drivers instead of CD only. You have to request a link. We had a hard time finding a way to read the CD our computers do not have CD-ROM slots anymore. But once we got the software, it was great to work with.

Solid product with great support!
The reader performed exactly as described. I needed to contact support to get some additional documentation and they were extremely polite and got me the info i needed within hours. very pleased with this purchase.

Solid reads from 2 feet +
Works well. The documentation was a bit difficult to read and where I had problems the support from the manufacturer took care of the issue straight away. I will get another one when I need it. I do recommend this device.
