Can you sublimate on theses?

Yes, you can, but the pressing time should not be too long, about 20s, 150℃，with a piece of cloth between the platen and the patch when heating.

After I iron 2 patches on some hats I have I noticed about a day or 2 later the corners were coming up would hot glue or super glue work better?

I cut a piece of heat bond and add it to the back of the patch before I press it. It makes it more durable and the hold stronger

When heat pressing how come they get black marks? What can I do to prevent ? I have a hat press

Put a towel over top of it. The black marks won't happen

Safe for laser engraving? Most non genuine leather is toxic when lasered
