Excellent
Has a lot about rustic bread which was what I was looking for. Also has a lot of quick bread recipes which I wasn’t looking for.

My new go-to recipes
The no-knead master recipes are more than worth the price of the book. I've tried 5 recipes so far - garlic-herb butter rolls, the no-knead brioche, rustic rye, and the basic rustic loaf. Each one better than the last. I was surprised but yes you can make bakery quality artisan bread with these recipes. There is no need for special equipment for the rustic breads other than a dutch oven and the technique is really very simple, no muscle power or a dough hook required. The brioche was just as easy and came out beautifully. The instructions are clear and the timelines and detailed photos very helpful. I also tried the three- ingredient bread, and yes there is a typo in the amount of beer. It actually takes about one can to make a soft, wet dough. However, once you get the amount of beer down, it's a fantastically simple recipe, faster than biscuits with a nice yeasty undertone. Just slowly pour the beer into the flour until you get a wet dough, pour into the pan and bake. No recipe required. This book is definitely a keeper.

Interesting and well-illustrated bread recipe book
I purchased this as a gift for my wife who liked it very much. The book is yet another one in her collection of bread baking books and the production quality of this volume is high. I recommend it to anyone in the market for a book about making bread -- as does my wife!
