$16 for a stereo microphone with surprisingly good pick up and sound quality. The mic itself has a 6 1/2 foot cord plus it has an 8 foot extension cord, 7 wind muffs and two tie clips. That's a lot of goodies for the price. The real bargain is that for $16 you get a stereo microphone that has a level of quality and performance I would've expected to pay much more for. I would definitely look at PoP Voice products in the future when I am looking for electronics particularly electronics for audio and recording.

I can't say it's a perfect mic. I've used a lot of lapel mics in my life. And many of them have had similar quality to this one back in the 90s. Those were very expensive for the time and considered top notch. So this microphone has that going for it. At $12, it's a good microphone, but don't expect the highest quality. There is barely any noise cancellation, so it picks up a lot of the things you don't want to pick up from it. It's actually very comparable to the microphone built in to my iPhone 8 plus. The cord is nice and long. The extra colored foam toppers are nice for matching it to your outfit. And the clip digs in really well to stay in place.It is an average microphone, but again, for the price, that is good. That's why I've given it the rating it has. Are there 4-5 star mics that are better than this one? Yes. Of course. But you'll pay through the nose for them. For the price, this can handle mobile podcasting and other similar situations just fine. And for that price? Grab 3 of them so you have extras in case you need them. ;)

This is a really good product especially because sometimes I cant use my big camera with mice so I just use my phone 6s and lug in the lav in to the head phone jack and it makes your sound so much better. I purchased this mic for use with the Iphone 8 Plus. The new iphones don't have an audio jack unfortunately and we are required by Apple to use a lightning plug adapter with the audio jack. I find the Apple adapter is not as reliable as it should be, again this is unfortunate for Iphone users. In this case, the Iphone doesn't pick up the voice when using this microphone and the Apple adapter.

When I was initially buying this mic with extension cord. Somehow, the 8feet cord was not in packaging. I was quiet mad because that was reason I chose them. I reported to seller and person said to send them order id and address. And in 3days, I recieved the extension cord. I honestly writing this review because I had to after the seller emailed me again just to make sure I did recieve the missing item. Not many would treat their customers well enough but PoP voice did. On the other hand, Mic has really good quality, 10$ is worth a shot.

the microphone is great and arrived on time only issue I have with it is with the adapter I have to plug into my phone with the adapter and being that it's Android it doesn't recognize it so I have to buy a separate $7 splitter just to get it to work the splitter has to split it into an audio jack and a microphone Jack before I can plug it into my phone if it wasn't for that it will receive all five stars.

I've had this for over a year and used it right away when I bought it. Used it once and it was fine. Put it away and needed it recently to record an interview. It didn't work and was dead. It was ok the one time, but now it's useless.

This was the first mic that I bought to record videos, and it does get the job done. That being said, it records very quietly, and the sound does have a slight bit of an underwater sound. I have been using the mic for almost a year in different recording settings, and these problems persist. On the good side, the mic has lasted for almost a year, so it is durable.
