Got damaged product twice

I ordered the product for my son, first on 14th sept the fit was good and looked good upon closer inspection the dhoti was torn between legs. I immediately returned the product and return process went smooth. I ordered again after few days and I got the same damaged product. It's a waste of time for the customer and Amazon. I think Amazon should have a way to not let the sellers sell the returned damaged products.
