The pieces have the SLIGHTEST of wiggles when assembled, and there were what seemed like a couple burrs from the machining, but they were incredibly minor and probably not worth docking a star over.Product was exactly as described. Easy to find a length that works. Lighter than glass and stronger. Tars and resins stick but it doesn't seem to be too bad at all, probably on the order of glass' ability to attract buildup.Aesthetics wise, it's an attractive upgrade to my piece.

This is an amazing stem! I will never have to worry about stems breaking again. I can easily say over the years of countless quartz stem purchases, there is nothing more frustrating than your piece breaking mid-use. Now I will never have to worry about a stem getting to hot and breaking when it cools down. It is super easy to install and works perfect. Delivery was extremely speedy as well. We are thrilled with the durability of this product. 5 stars for all over AWESOMENESS!

These “glassware” down stems are actually just cheap plastic coated in a metallic I.p. Plating that scratches off very easy to reveal the truth about these.....totally not worth almost $50.....I wouldn’t waist my money on these

Super lightweight. Goes together very well and does exactly what I need it to. Shipping was also super fast.

Wasn't shiny like the picture, more of a matte titanium finish. Came with different end attachments than shown, but it's no big deal, the ones they sent are amazing. A must buy if you want something super sturdy. $70 is a bit pricey though. Wish there was an option to buy just one (because there is enough to make 2 downstems) for half or even $40.

You can drop this slide over and over. Works best if you wash it in the dishwasher.

Adjustable so that you can find the perfect fit. Not made of glass so I don’t have to worry about it breaking. Works great.

Really nice device. Great replacement stem for any 18mm scientific glass. Easy to clean and and adjust. I bought two more I was so happy with this one
