I bought this for a 5 day trip to DC. I followed the direction sand charged it prior to use. It worked fine during the trip - but began to act up when I got home. It would allow me to charge the charger - but not use the charger on the phone at the same time. Now it will not charge the phone at all - even with a full charge in the battery case. This was a HUGE waste of $30. Find something of better quality...

Very disappointed by this case!! I received it last week before heading out on vacation and bought it for the the battery. Well it worked for maybe 24 hours. I figured the case just needed to be charged but that wasn't it. Over several days i tried charging the case while on my phone, then by itself, then again on the phone...leaving it plugged it for at least an overnight period.I'm so bummed as i really hoped this would be great as other reviewers mentioned.Regarding the look and weight, the case is exactly as it's shown in the photos. Happy with the appearance, not one bit happy with the performance.

This product works exactly . It still fits pretty well in my pocket or jacket. It lasts a really long time. Even if I forget or am unable to charge my phone for a night, it will still have enough power to go for a whole second day. I'm very satisfied with this case and would recommend it to anyone.

I like the color but the charging is terrible at fist it didn’t work... then It charges but honestly this charge is terrible I have my phone at 20% and it only changed until 80 % and the case change was dead... so basically it only changed 60% of my phone...

Great battery case...saved me from a dead phone plenty of times! A little heavy...but most battery cases are. Easy to use, and charges the same time as your phone. Good case, but scratches very easily and wish it came in different pattens/designs.

The button broke when I was using it normally after 2 days....it literally slide back into the case and I can’t fix it

Gets very dirty easily . Work very good with the charging . Don’t charge with your phone still in the case , it will ruin the battery. Very protective because I’ve dropped this phone so many times with this case on and so cracks or scratches. Overall a good product . And be careful taking out and putting in your phone so you don’t break the piece in the case

I don’t get what happened. It suddenly stopped charging my device no matter what I did. Turning on off restarting. Letting it die. It appears okay and it holds charge but it no longer charges my device after a few uses + it sucks how I have a key ring attached which is an extra expense to lose considering it can’t be reattached to another case
