Universal Spa/Hot Tub Ozone Generator

I am just now reviewing this. I bought it about 2-3 years ago and it’s still generating ozone (knock on wood). This was a replacement but if you do not have one in your hot tub this is the way to go. I hardly use any chemicals at all to sanitize. I’ll toss in a 1/4 cup of shock every once in a while to be sure it’s all clean but man this is the easiest way to keep a hot tub fresh. Recommend!

Has performed very well and a lot cheaper than the dealer supplied ones. Reasonably easy to install.

Do not buy! Let me say again do not buy. There are several issues. 1) if you notice this is sold and shipped by Amazon! This is key for warranty. As if us amazons policy to direct you to the Manufacturer for any warranty replacement or issues.However if you contact the manufacturer they will tell you to go back to Amazon and file the claim through Amazon who will not file a warranty claim on your behalf for a product that they don’t manufacture.2). The manufacturer then tells you in their instruction manual that comes with the unit they will pay for return shipping and send you a replacement free of charge for one year warranty.However if you contact the manufacturer who’s name ironically is TrumpXp, Tianchang TRUMPXP Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. They are useless. They make false warranty claim in the manual. They will not send a replacement. Basically doing everything to avoid a replacement.2) I filed with the FTC for false marketing . It was only then after this was filed and I told the company did they respond and begin to resolve the issue. But here I am a month later now and still no warranty replacement.3). The led must be on when the unit is operating. This should come on when your pump is on. Controlled by the spa control unit.If the led in the bottom right of unit does not turn on it is defective. PERIOD. And therefor is NOT generating any ozone

Will install in a few months - hot tub going to sleep while I travel. This unit is much larger than the last one I had so it is presenting an installation issue, but I will get that figured out when I actually install. Otherwise it looks solid and price was favorable.

Works great.... Runs 24 hours a day.

Worked like a champ for our hot tub, and pumps out a lot of ozone. Hope the life of this lasts a long time, only time will tell.

Product did not work out of box. Make sure to test out right away I kept a little over a month before getting around to installing it thankfully Amazon allowed me to get a refund. Glad I decided to test after running power before I made all the Tie-ins absolutely no smell of O-Zone whatsoever even though the power light was on also there is not much of a pump if there even is one because I basically had no air even coming out. In looking at the inside on how it is built it doesn’t appear to be much of one. I bought based on reviews not sure why somebody would give a good rating to something that is poorly made. The one that came with my hot tub was much better quality guess I should’ve just stuck with that and paid a little more.
