I messed up my foot somehow and tried other braces given to me by an orthopedic. They were bulky and cumbersome. I gave this a try and it helped. The compression and ankle wrap give support while not feeling like you're wearing a boot. No issues driving, which was a big win. I've been wearing it daily for about 5 to 6 weeks and my foot is slowly getting better. If you read this much spend the less than 20 bucks and get it. You're welcome.

Great support and seems to help in the healing process. Running injured my foot and I’m not sure what the injury is. It is even hard to pinpoint where the pain is except that it is in the foot ankle area and it is to the extent that it makes me limp and even standing hurts. I was hurting and limping through a very short walk during my slow recovery. After two weeks with very little improvement on the second day after I got these I was able to do a much longer walk. These definitely help in healing and reduction of feather injury. Deducted one star because the instructions are a joke, magnifying glass please, it’s like they came in a fortune cookie.

I am incredibly flat-footed and recently have had a lot of pain in my feet while walking. It would get so bad that I would have to sit down and take advil sometimes. These past two days I have worn them my feet have not hurt at all. Other than my ankles and shins being a little tired from using new muscles I have had no problems.

I bought this product to help restrict the movement of my left ankle and foot while an infection/allergy that I am suffering from dries up and returns to it's normal state.

This provides excellent support without feeling like it will cut off the circulation to your foot. It is easily applied and adjusted.
