This is the best tasting vitamin I ever had. As for the effects on my hair and nails, I cannot say because I don't think I have been taking them long enough, though I do notice my nails though not noticeably stronger do seem to be growing as they didn't seem to before.

not sure why, but this is the only thing that will grow my hair. probably the biotin. if i stop taking it, my hair practically stops growing as well. it also strengthens the nails a lot. for some reason these gummies work better than the liposomals, which had no effect for me. either way, this is great, i'm a repeat buyer, recommend it to everyone!!!

I have been taking these for several months and can see a very very slight improvement in my hair. I haven't noticed a huge improvement and was hoping for a little more. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. I do wish they had a higher biotin level in them, overall these are decent hair vitamins.
