Dr. Dan delivered for me! His story and use of stories made in this quick read even easier to read and concepts and strategies understandable and relatable. Levels the playing field for introverts and extrovert selling and communicating is whatever industry. I am an extrovert by nature but I lead introverts on my teams. I am excited to bring this book to my team to build their confidence and development in selling. The proof of the concepts and strategies is experienced in the book. Story matters. Trust matters. And always will.

This book is very insightful. I have always been very apprehensive about programs and methods that promote sales because they have always felt dishonest. However, after jumping into this book, I knew this was not the case for this author. I appreciate his words, "We must start with the right heart and intent," and "Your success will become a byproduct of your genuine mission rather than better salesmanship." This book gives you the tools and format to effectively tell your story to elicit a call to action from the listener. I would highly recommend this book. I genuinely look forward to applying what I have learned to connect with my listeners better.

Great read! In todays worlds of increase interaction with technology this is a great science based piece that trains on human connection. Not a lot of this going on right now. Quick and easy to read and to the point this information will help people looking to communicate better in their professional life and personal life.

A great read that will change the way you communicate and increase your impact!
Dr. Dan does a great job of creating an easy-to-follow, scientifically-based approach to effective communication. He takes us through a step-by-step process in building trust with our buyers, yet staying true and genuine in the process of doing so. These concepts apply to the entrepreneur but can also be used to improve communication with peers, family members and personal relationships. Five stars indeed!

i’ve been looking for a book like this for years
I’m glad there’s finally something that talks about the formula to a good presentation. I’ve always known that I’ve had a good story to tell, but I didn’t know the steps in order to make it have the most impact. I know that I’ve been moved by sales presentations before, but it seems disingenuous to try to hack their tactics and use it on others especially since I esteem my own stories so much. I don’t wanna mix it and dilute it. This has Convinced me that the art of the story Delivery is truly part of the service.

Generating emotion is everything
I've been telling my story for quite awhile, but I realized in reading The Trust Formula a few areas where I need to draw out more emotion from the listener through my storytelling in order to drive buyer behavior. I used to zoom through certain areas, and now I'm realizing that was a big mistake and likely cost me some clients. I'm excited about putting this into practice and expectant for the results! The book is a quick and easy read and you're guaranteed to gain some insight into driving trust through story.

Honest, practical and based on science
This is a must read. Dr Dan Sullivan is authentic, transparent and practical on how we should think and “do” sales. We are always “selling” something whether its a product or convincing your kids not to run across the street without looking. To get our point across why not use science and stories instead of gimmicks and authority. Dr. Sullivan gets into the science and the step by step process to not feel like a salesman but to be your authentic self and create impact. This is a must read! Highly recommended.

A Fresh Perspective to Business Success
The Trust Formula provides a blueprint for better communication with your clients. It is a fresh perspective on communication and provides an authentic approach to sharing your big idea to your community. Having being able to apply these principles in my practice has shown great growth in my business, but more importantly building trust with my patients. This book teaches you that you already have the tools necessary to be successful; it just takes harnessing it into a way that will capture your client's attention. This book is also presented in a way that is easy to follow along and allows for creating immediate actions steps. The benefit of a book like this is it something worth revisiting over and over again to reassess your communication and see where you can improve, especially with an ever-changing society. Definitely a must buy if you want to see your business grow and see more people refer to you!

If you're an entrepreneur YOU NEED THIS BOOK!
If you're a health practitioner running a clinic or in any business of any kind, this book is for you! Dr. Dan does such a great job explaining why your story is so important and how it will change the trajectory of your business. I have incorporated his techniques in my own chiropractic practice and the results are astounding. I feel so much more confident in my systems and communication and the best part is it feels honest and aligned! It is not about being pushy or sell-y which never feels good its about relating to your patient or customer in a way that helps them feel understood. I highly recommend this read!
