First off, Tacticon is a very great company to begin with, great customer service and amazing warranty policies! Secondly, this IFAK is absolutely worth the buy. It's very rugged and tough, with a very easy pull tab for quick access by you or someone else! I mounted it to my Tacticon Battle belt and it was extremely easy to install, it had two velcro straps on the back that lock into each other very nicely and mated perfectly with the velcro of my belt! The IFAK came with everything advertised and all of it seems to be of very high quality. I would love to buy another and use one as a training IFAK to really get a full in depth review of it and I definitely plan to! All in all, it's a great bang for your buck and I absolutely love that it came with 3 inserts, the red, black and IR. Now I haven't tested it with IR but with my military experience, I do believe it will work great. I definitely plan to buy a lot of these since they're small simple and easy to use. Keep on your person, in your car, range bag, bug out bag even your hiking/camping/hunting bags. I will definitely recommend this to everyone!

I had been looking at this product for several days before deciding to pull the trigger on it. Before it arrived I was skeptical about how nice it would be due to its price point. I was pleasantly surprised by what I got.All the medical products are high quality and come nicely organized. The pouch itself feels extremely durable (I still have to go test it in some harsher environments). It attaches quickly to your kit or battle belt and fits very snug.In addition, the owner upgraded my shipping at no cost and included a nice hand written letter. I was not expecting that at all and don’t expect it on future orders but for a first time buyer from Tacticon it was an amazing touch.Overall I’m very happy with this product and the amazing customer support I was given. I will be buying from them again and highly recommend their products.

Well I do have an extensive background in us army infantry so I know what I’m talking about here. This ifak is legit. It’s small, compact, very durable, very easy to deploy with the pull tabs. The contents are good quality and everything you’ll need for a smaller ifak. This will fit perfectly for a micro chest rig, which is what I got it for, or a battle belt. The only thing to improve with it is. The seller put cheap cloth medical tape in it. So you’ll need to replace the tape with duct tape and super glue. Besides that it’s good to go the stitching and flex material is very good and durable too. Also, the manufacturer wrote a personalized note saying he a veteran!!!! So help a fellow vet out and buy the shit out of this thing!!!!

Just want to say off the bat that I was not expecting it to arrive assembled, and was very surprised in the quality of the ifak.Pros:-Value, though this may seem like a "copy cat" product that followed the battle belt hype, overall construction and quality blew me away once opened.-IT ALREADY COMES ASSEMBLED. ready to go off the bat.Cons:-it does stick out a fair bit (but so does everything else when you're running a kit so its not a big deal)-I haven't ran with it so I can't say how durable it is. But it feels like it can take some tortureConclusion: it's a bag that holds your IFAK and gets the job done for the best valueRespectful,A fellow service member

The pack is just the right size and very compact. The materials are clearly high quality; high denier Cordura or Polyester. The release system is smooth and can be easily repackaged and refilled for future uses. The Molle attachments are very strong double sided velcro straps that hold very well either on a pack or a battle belt. Overall, extremely great product for the price. Everyone should carry one of these on them, hope I never have to use it on myself.

The overall function and design is very effective and functional. It's lower profile than my previous AID pouches. I have been wearing it for 10+ hrs a day and haven't had an issue with it so far.The kit came full of quality medical items, in my opinion it was too full, and I redistribute some of its contents into a small secondary AID stash in my kit.I had it on a velcro backed duty belt and it stayed in place no matter the activities I was involved in. I have recently switched to a new belt system and was able to secure it and prevent movement of it, even in non velcro portions. (New belt is the HRT Arc belt)I will definitely recommend this to anyone in the future that is looking for a minimal aid pouch on a budget.

Ok let me say this 1st, I have no medical background. I have no tactical background. That being said. I'm only YouTube Ifak educated. Now is this exactly what I wanted? YES! This ifak will do everything I might need to do with in my skill level for 1st aid and probably more. Luckily I've never been in a situation where I needed an Ifak. but if I did, well this is the one I chose. I have enough confidence in this setup for my skill level. And think it's perfect for what I would hopefully never have to use. But if I did I'm glad I've got this one. I've got lots of other Taction Armament gear. And have nothing bad to say about any of it. For the price of what I've paid the products have far exceeded my expectations. Tacticon gear has been great and for the price I can't beat em! So check out some of the other great products they have B4 blowing all your money on some of the big name brands. Tacticon gear just works! And at a price you can get more gear for less! Without giving up on quality.
