The end of the hose needs to be cut , so it has a v shape in it for at the bottom of the five gallon container , otherwise it's suctions itself to the container , so it cannot pump water anymore other than that good item battery lash longer than expected per charge

But Amazon as business is a trash. below is the recommendation from Shreyash from another order in Amazon “it has been marked as delivered so we don't have the option to get it delivered today in case if you need it urgently I'd request you to please purchase it locally.” Is there anything else I may help you with?

Lasted only two uses while camping. First trip, it developed demons and turned on randomly, wasting lots of our water. I thought it may have happened because we were touching the top with wet hands. So for the second trip I put a plastic bag over the top and it worked perfectly. However, time for our third trip and now it won't charge. It's cheap and I like the function when it works, so I'll order another one, but I have a feeling you get what you pay for.

The water dispenser is efficient . The battery holds for two weeks before the recharging process. Easy to install. The only minor issue is that it doesn't grip to the water bottle, but it stands over by gravity (bot the best).
