I was a bit upset when i received the item and realized I couldn’t use auxiliary in the car to talk on the phone, that’s my fault for not reading the description and has no impact on its rating.I used this device daily for three weeks all day long. I always left my charger and aux cable plugged into it and only had to plug and unplug lightning from my phone. I made sure to not tug on the cable and only pulled from the hard plastic on the lightning connector.After three weeks of use it started to make a crackling noise at the speakers in my vehicle and within a couple days a loud hum. After that I only got sound out of one speaker. Even with daily use something like this should last much longer than three weeks.

I bought this because I recently got a new IPhone but my car only has aux. This cable only charges but does not let you listen to music at all.

This product came quickly. I used it in my car because I iPhone 7 did't have an auxiliary jack. Sometimes this adapter would work and sometimes it wouldn't. Finally, one day the part that fits into the phone fell out. I finally went to a local store and purchased something that worked a whole lot better.

For the most part, this products works very well. However, almost every time I’ve used the product in my vehicle with my iPhone 7 Plus, I get a notification saying “not compatible.” I have to restart my phone, and then it will work. When it does work, the product works nicely with both sound and charging capabilities.

Look exactly as described or shown on picture. Look like well made. Working great. Only minus is that while context earphones with microphone, mic is not working.

Unfortunately this didn't work. It worked one time and them the audio stopped working and only the charging part would work. Bummer

It doesn’t fit tightly and keeps popping up errors etc. it works if it not moved st all but that impossible at 35,000 feet in the air

This “worked” for like two days. And I mean “worked” in the sense that it kept disconnecting and connecting while saying it wasn’t compatable to Apple. In a matter of two days, it completely stopped working because the wires were so fragile it broke within that time. Not worth it.
