Love this appliance i use it for processing game meat very fast easy to use and easy to clean very well bilt all stainless steel some what heavy but worth every penny woyld definatly recommend to anyone who wants to make sausage at home snack sticks hamburger stuffing etc

save your money, this is a peice of junk. totaling garbage with no power, worse company i ever had to work with for return shipping they wanted me to pay for it!! thank god amazon stepped in and got me the return those guys are great!! nightmare, would have been nice if the machine worked but needs different gearing and a powerful motor they have alot of work to do in their development department and humane relation dept. too!!!! worse experience of my entire life. don't do it

I have only used the regular hog casings with these, but it works great. The recipe I use is very dry, and it still didn't have any issue pushing the meat through. Sure it is isn't as powerful as some of the commercial sausage stuffers, but it is a lot cheaper as well. The only complaint is the bent at the bottom isn't smooth on the inside and you can see welding spots all over it. But it gets the job done.
