not happy with how bad these ball bearings are what size are the bearings?

Ok, so I got my rails, and I see the need m3 screws, but what are the size of the threaded holes? I need to mount to them, and need to buy some bolts

Any chance I can get replacement balls? My bad but slid the car off the track accidentally.
