Must read
One of the best books I have read in years and I am a very regular reader. The book has been written by well known journalists and is very well researched. The book confirms my experience but I am truly shocked about the breath and depth of McKinsey‘s influence. McKinsey is not the source of all evil but the ethical values of the company have lost their meaning a long time ago.Do not get woozled by the bad reviews. They follow exactly McKinsey‘s playbook to dismiss critics….

Very pessimistic and critical content of no value to a business
I am very disappointed by this book on McKinsey. This is a very pessimistic outlook at this business. The critical content of no value to a business leader or consultant. These are 2 journalists who write a book to satisfy people who simply hate consultants and companies. Feels like a mourning for the once strong unions. If you are in a business related profession (CEO, Consultant, manager, Advisor, coach, ...) you can avoid this book. It is not helpful in any way.

Poor research and poor assumptions
Poorly researched materials, poor assumptions and weak or invented implications. If you read this you will get the perspective that McKinsey is the origin of all the bad things in this world. Quite disappointed, since I was expecting real journalism instead of this
