Bought this set for my daughter as a gift and she absolutely loved it was able to achieve professional results!

This is the first time I used polygel. It was a slight learning curve but not bad. Fairly easy to use. The gel is firm and with the slip solution, it's easy to sculpt. I would recommend sculpting if you're a beginner and watching some YouTube videos makes it easier. The tiktok method is really messy...they make it look easy. Its not. Lol Sculpting is cleaner. Also, Im going to invest in an electric file. It's not necessary but it would be quicker. Also you would need some primer and dehydrator. the kit doesn't come with those. Other than that, they glow very well and they're sturdy. I would recommend trying it out if you're on the fence. They're so fun! I wasn't disappointed.☺️

I bought this kit for the simple fact I could do this on my own and I didn't need all the powders and such. It doesn't have a strong odor if any at all which I love. Reason I pulled a star off was due to the instructions.. 4 of my instructions in the little book were not in the correct order or under the correct photo. My next issue is it says use a dehydrater but the kit doesn't come with it only a slip solution. And if the slip solution is there to be the dehydrator then it needs to specify so.The colors I wish were darker but I'm going to attempt to experiment and add my own glow pigment to them that I have and seen if it works. Once the nails were on and had a good top coat I tested out the glow.. it's a hair dissapointing as it gives you maybe 30 seconds of a really bright glow only with the lamp and then they fade back. I have had better experiences with other UV glow nails.I do recommend that you have a good nail drill like a salon style. If you use the cheap battery powered nail drills from Walmart or Avon they won't have the right burrs and or enough power to shape the nail. Next tip would be before you blast it with the light flip your hand over after you have the clamp holding the nail down with the gel. Take your brush dip it in the slip solution and smooth out the underside of the nail. It will save you time in filing!All in all I would by this brand again but in solid colors! It cures beautifully!

So while the colors are nice and bright in the photo, these are more sheer like a jelly polish which are great for adding decorations inside in polygel but not if you want a plain nail that is super bright. They do glow in the dark. This is my first set of Polygel so idk how it is compared to others but I found that is was a little difficult to mold in the form even when I used a good bit of slip solution, but that may just be my inexperience. The forms are good and offer a good selection of sizes, the colors are cute so far although are a little hard to get out of the tube (the gel is soft but you really got to squeeze after doing 3-4 nails). I have broken one nail already but it was weak anyways (I should have removed and redone but I was tired). Once these thing are on, they are on. I had to take 2 off and redo them and had to keep scraping after using a remover polish and took two Coates of the remover. You get the colors above, brush, small bottle of slip (used almost half on 2 sets already), base and top coat.

I'm on day 2 with my nails (picture with purple wall. Table picture is when they were first done) and they are still strong. I really can't complain for the price. Color isn't as vibrant but I still love it! Definitely worth it! By the way this was my first time ever trying to do my nails as well. I know they aren't perfect.

So I had high hopes for this. Saw so many videos on these and tried it. My first though oh how easy and simple to do your own nails. The colors look beautiful. But the nail inserts were not good at at there curved or something cuz everytime I applied the gel to the nail tip than applied to my nail then cured it with the clip on them I would get a huge amount of cured gel under my nail even after I cleaned it up with the brush before curing. It's like it would run down while waiting for it to cure. So I would do it again but instead of curing the nail I would cur it from under the nail upside down first and that worked better. Was so happy when I did all my nails until having them for a couple of hours they all broke off hallway. Not worth it. They kept snapping off after a couple of hours . Did them 3 x every other day when I had time but no they just wouldn't stay on .

They do glow in dark but unless you've been in sun all day the glow is weak. I've used another brand that glow power in dark lasts longer.Easy to use but hard to dry, but once dry if you try to file your bumps out it scratches surface which continues to show thru topcoat making your nails look like crapPictures show non transparent colors but these are so transparent you need to do multiple layers for complete solid color.Just look at my pictures you can see the transparency as well as the wmudges from filing. Pointer finger is blue and purple side by side and middle finger is pink and green side by side.
