I love the face that there is a Velcro strap to help position this device. The heat it provides takes away from the back and neck pain I feel! Great quality product!

This heating pad has truly saved my back! The ability for it to wrap and secure around the waist is a game changer. It keeps you from having to continously readjust if you're using in bed or while sitting. Buy it!!!

had an old small traditional heating pad & i'm at an age now where my physical work days make the ole back ache a bit & the heating pad really helps relax & soothe the muscles. however, the one i had required me to lay down on it. searched thru amazon's options of those w/straps that could wrap around the body so i could use it in any position. chose this one because of size & price & simple functions. love it. using it for first time as i write this review. i'm a bit chubby & the strap is plenty big. the heat level is perfect & the material is very cushiony but not so thick that it keeps the heat from getting thru. the power cable is plenty long & the controls are very easy to understand & navigate & connecting/disconnecting the power cable to the heating pad is very simple. when i bought it i got it for $33ish & in my opinion that seems fair. i definitely recommend it.

I really hoped this would be a game changer in my pain management. I bought this to use on my back, specially L4/L5 because of the ease of use. I usually use a regular pad, without the velco and have to hold the pad in place while sitting up.The heating element and controls are easy to use. The cord is a decent length - long enough to move a bit but not too long to trip over. The velcro is sturdy and has never popped open.My issue is the pad itself rolls down or folds down so it doesn't provide heat properly. I still have to hold the pad, which causes me to be more uncomfortable. I thought maybe it was just my body type but I asked friends and family to test it and it rolls/folds on everyone that tried it.If you can sew or know someone who can, you can carefully sew thin plastic or wire around the top to stabilize the pad from rolling. This does make it more usable, but if you have a hard back chair, the boning is a little uncomfortable but better than holding it.

I loved the quality of the fabric on this heating pad. It also does a great job at heating up quickly. I was worried about the cable being easy to yank out but the cable was very secure. The cord was long enough for me to plug it in next to my outlet and sit in bed. I love the flexibility and size of the pad, I can use it for my stomach and back.

I have arthritis in my back and this is very convenient and that it stays where it’s put with the strap. The various heat temperatures make it totally adjustable for whatever degree of discomfort I have. It is much more comfortable than the other ones that I had purchased previously from different manufacturers.
