TUDCA Supplement (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) with Milk Thistle, Artichoke, Panax Ginseng, Astragalus - Bile Flow & Digestion Support (150 Count (Pack of 1))

It is good for me to take one after my evening meal for digestion. I have been taking it for several months & just bought 2 more bottles. As a capsule. it is easy to take.

I have phrenic nerve pain in the back right side of my neck, which Dr Berg says is from gallbladder and liver backup, overload, and stuck-ness. So I bought this brand of TUDCA because it costs less than others. It works! I take it about 1/2 hour after breakfast so that it can break down fats without neutralizing stomach acid. I noticed that I can digest fats now, whereas I used to have constant acid reflux, and couldn't digest fats. The acid reflux is gone since I started taking this TUDCA. Going keto and carnivore helped too, as carbs had made my liver store too much glycogen and I had developed NAFLD. I've lost 40 lbs since I made these changes. The second bottle of TUDCA that I bought cost more, and said on the label that it has lots more mg of TUDCA than this brand does. But I noticed that it was no help at all, and so I went back to this brand.

I was introduced to this supplement this year and I will never forget it. For it will remain in my vitamin regimen. Very healthy for the liver! Great!

I would consider this to be a core/basic supplement for anyone that has had their gallbladder removed or having issues with upper abdominal pain, or not able to raise the fat soluble vitamins ADEK. Taking the bile salts along with staying well hydrated has so far kept me from having what the ER said was a necessary emergency surgery to remove the gallbladder, that it was the "only treatment". I have been taking the Tudca with each meal containing fat and feel better than I have in a very long time. I see evidence that the essential fat soluble vitamins are absorbing as well, I've had scars that were resistant to healing fade almost completely after about a week, vitamins A & E are important for skin healing and if your body can't break it up, it definitely can't use them. I'm very happy with this product and sharing it with my friends with positive results as well.

My 89 year old mother has trouble digesting fats. She takes this product and can eat things that she would not be able to eat otherwise.I use it because I have a fatty liver and want to lose weight. I have read articles that you can't lose weight without addressing your fatty liver. So I take the Tudca. I have notice that I am losing about half a pound a week without really trying. I also noticed that I don't feel as tired as I used to. I believe it is helping to support my poor abused liver. That in it self is so important. We do not pay enough attention to our liver and support the hard work it does. I recommend this product to all my friends, especially as we get older.

I take one or two capsules about 10 to 15 minutes after each of my meals, depending on how much fat I have at the meal. I also have worked up to 5 capsules of apple cider vinegar before each meal. I don't have the fatigue, bloating, gas, and esophageal discomfort I was having when I began this process of trying to save my gall bladder. I also like the price. It may not work for everyone, but it works for me. As a note I have also been doing gall bladder cleanses about once a month, with my GI doctor's approval. My recent ejection fraction test on my gall bladder was 38%, which is low, but within normal range. Blessings in the name of Jesus!
