Manufacturer packages were opened and stickers were put over information on the actual tube, then the manufacturer packages were resealed with what appears to be hot glue. The tubes themselves had no foil between the cap and the contents. Hard to have any confidence in a product that was opened and resealed, and the contents were not protected from tampering. If they don't take it back it's going in the trash can
