ABSOLUTELY AMAZING: GREAT FLAVOR, HIGH PROTEIN, TASTES LIKE REAL LASAGNA!!!
It's so hard to find good gluten free lasagna noodles. I love that the ingredients are clean, pure, natural, and it's full of protein & fiber. Aside from being healthy, it TASTES WONDERFUL, like real lasagna. No need to pre-cook. The ingredients are: organic green lentil flour, organic green pea flour, and organic brown rice flour. That's it. ALL NATURAL. NO PRESERVATIVES or hidden chemical junk. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Will buy again. It's obvious this company is awake.

Best vegan lasagna noodles
My favorite gluten free lasagna noodles by far. I don’t like the taste of most gluten free noodles and these especially when warmed are similar in texture, taste and satisfaction of regular noodles. I make the sauce with lots of veggies, sometimes some vegan cheese or make cashew sour cream and layer with the uncooked noodles and have great lasagna every time.

A great gluten free lasagna noodle
I used these lasagna noodles for the first time last night. I’ve included a picture of the finished product along with what the noodles look like before use. I was very happy with the result and that I can actually have lasagna again. It’s been several years. I have celiac and the lasagna that we had last night was just delicious. Even better the second day. You’ll notice that the pasta out of the box is a pea green color but this fades to a regular pasta color as it bakes. One of the reviewers complained of an odor and chemical smell. I did not experience this. There was a very very very slight after taste that would be easily disguised by using more sauce and spices. I think you could feed this to dinner guests and they would never know the difference. All in all I thought this was an excellent product and I will use it again.

Actually tastes like "real" pasta
Let's be real. Most gluten free pasta is grainy and falls apart. This does not. It would be challenging to tell the difference between the taste of this and the taste of semolina pasta. Just remember to make sure that there is lots of watered down sauce near the sheets (like any no-bake noodle) so the texture is right. You can also just pour a cup of water over the top. Both methods seem to work well. Also, as someone who has to eat a higher protein diet for health reasons, the 11 grams of protein are an added bonus.

Great substitute for regular lasagna noodles.
My husband couldn’t even tell the difference. ! These are awesome noodles and I will they sold them at the local grocery stores. The stores have the rice ones and I don’t like those.

Delicious lasagna noodles
Used these lentil lasagna noodles for thanksgiving and they were a huge hit! I have to follow a gluten free diet and these fit the bill. They are also very high in protein as an added benefit. Delicious!!
