First Aid for the USMLE Step 1 2023, Thirty Third Edition

I was skeptical at first before buying the copy, however it turned out to be decent enough. The edges of the cover are slightly creased and the print is not perfect, however if you're not such a stickler for perfection- it'll do. The binding seems durable too. The delivery was quick and the packaging was good.

The media could not be loaded.  I was very much skeptical whether to order it online or read a pdf as many people reviewed as missing pages, bad binding, also torn pages...But after receiving the book I am reviewing it from my prospective hope it will be helpful for all new buyer1) Binding - Not up to the point but still can do just fine if you handle the book with care2) The book is not original one but a pdf printed one, but at 1k or 1.2k I guess it's fine .3) pages - Magazine pages and quality is quite good at the said price. Just be careful while annotating don't put too much pressure or it will be visible on other side page too.4) Printing- Good picture are also clear just that at some pages it is a bit light and some pages a shadow of letters are there but otherwise it's good it hardly makes a difference5) packaging- Mine came in a paper package with a cellophane covering the book6) Buyer - Cleion stationary.7) price - 1098.While I was buying most of the people didn't mention it with review so I don't know which buyer will be best. So I did mention it for other to help them.Overall a good purchase you can go for it.

The pages in between are torn otherwise the book is good and all the pages are present so far

The media could not be loaded.  This is not an authentic mc graw hill book, it is a copy since it did not come with an authentication seal and also the glue used to bind the book looks bad (which the mcgraw hill website said is how you distinguish fakes from). Though i have to say it is a very good copy. The pages of this book are high quality like those in elsevier books. The image quality is very clear also the radiological images and histology slides. It is a systematic approach to all the subjects which makes this integrated approach excellent for those appearing for next step 1. Recommend this book to everyone.

I know what’s going through in the mind of the buyers. Even at first I also doubt on its originality. And doubt buying this. But this is the original version of the book , even the quality of the pages are perfect , no doubt in the binding. I even asked the price offline, and it’s showing more 75percent of it.So don’t think much , if you want FA , go for it. You can’t get it anywhere else with such price and in such condition.

None of the pages were missing,printing quality Is good and no damage to the book binding is good for the price we are paying..

Good quality pages and diagrams , could improve on binding

The media could not be loaded.  I was initially skeptical about ordering the latest version of First Aid 2023, as I didn't come across many reviews, let alone negative ones. However, I still needed it, and I put my faith in it and ordered it. To my surprise, it wasn't all that bad. The papers and cover are of good quality, and I could highlight and annotate without any bleeding onto the back of the page. It's the latest edition and wasn't as damaged as I expected it to be.I would give it 4 stars because- Not an original and I couldn't find any authentic reference to compare it with.- The binding is good, except for the section on Pharmacology and Biostatistics, where the pages are coming off. However, it wasn't a big problem for me as I was planning to spiral bind it. ( I don’t know how the spiral bound version is )- Some pages had slight smudges of printing and little shadows behind the text, but it didn't affect much.- Ink on some pages is faded but still legible, and images are visible.Overall I advice you to order and give a try, if it’s too much damaged return it ASAP, if you are comfortable then you can keep it

I ordered a new copy of this book but was extremely hesitant after seeing so many negative reviews saying theirs were printed poorly, incorrectly, or had damage. My copy arrived in pristine condition and no issues.
