Adjust-a-Lift Warwick Enterprises Heel Lift, Small, Pack of 6

These are the best - they don's slide around in my shoes and they come in a small size for my narrow feet. I need the 1/2 inch lift so they are great for me. The only drawback is that since they are really adjustable and are actually three pieces stuck together, it's possible for them to shift to the side a bit. It's easily fixed but sometimes you may not get an entire 1/2 inch..

These lifts work very well in most of my shoes, sandals, slides and flip flops. I have one leg that is 9mm shorter than the other, the 3/8" lift works perfectly. I experience very little slippage. I have been using this lift for almost a year. I have not had any issues with compression, but I have a lift for each right shoe rather than moving one lift between different shoes. That allows the lift to mold slightly to both foot and shoe which helps keep it in place. I use this in my running shoes also. No problems.

I have bought quite a few of these adjust-a-lift heel pads. Since hip replacement surgery left me with a leg length discrepancy, I have struggled with more back and leg pain. Using the 1/2" lift in the shoe of my shorter leg has helped tremendously. I think a 3/4" lift would help even more; but some of my shoes wouldn't accommodate it.I like the material these lifts are made of since they don't compress and lose the 1/2" lift.I highly recommend the Warwick Enterprises Adjust-a-Lifts!

I got polio as a child, as a result my right leg is a little shorter that the left. A physical therapist gave me an adjust an Adjust-a-Lift, it was so effective I have ordered several packages so I can put them in all my shoes.

The heel lifts are not as good quality as last time I purchased. They do not stick well to the shoe nor do the layers of the product stick well to each other. The only reason to wear such a product is because a rubber lift will not stay in the shoe you are using. So if they don't stick together or adhere to the shoe they lose their value.

One problem but once solved it works great. I have do glue all pieces together as they kept slipping into a bad fit. I took some super glueand glued the layers together. Let them dry and voila, no more slipping.

These are great. I need a lift in my left shoe. With Adjust-a-Lift I can create just the right thickness I need. I will be ordering more and permanently affixing them into my shoes!

Perfect for my needs. I just needed a bit of lift in my left shoe, by adding this product all the sciatic pain is gone. I had surgery to reattach a tendon on my right side, so I ended up slightly off and this corrected the problem without having to buy a custom orthotic.
