Item is bulky. For the size it will not hold plug at a angle. Not easy to put plug in capsule. No instructions on how to use the extra parts.

We used a bunch of these for our outdoor lights during Christmas. They worked great, protected the plugs and were easy to open and close. Would definitely recommend.

Granted we had a historic rain fall. I found mine are flooding out today, I have checked all of them, so It maybe a fluke, so tomorrow, I'll check the rest out. For the money and enormous size., I am not that crazy about them, as when I found them here.

These were filled with water, after it rain.

We had a rainy December and our outdoor Christmas lights would go out every time it rained. I made sure the plug holes were facing down but that still didn’t help so I purchased the capsule plug protector. They seemed sturdy and well made. I made sure the cord was installed in the capsule correctly but our lights would still go out when it rained. When I removed the capsule protector most of them were filled with water. I would not recommend this product.

Have so many of these but need to replace after a couple of years outside. Was reluctant to order for this price. Was so surprised how well made they are. Really great buy!!! Highly recommend vs. the expensive ones. Saved alott!!!
