Wonderful!!
Easy to assemble and great product! The massage is nice and relaxing. The quality of the material is great and super soft. I am very happy with this purchase and will be buying another one very soon.

Not happy
Looks nothing like the picture. Does not have massage or heat feature. Not comfortable at all. No cushioning to it, feels like a bar in your back when sitting back, not worth the money at all, had to assemble due to being in multiple pieces, box came damaged to where chair was sticking out the side, does not look as big as the picture, and seems very small and low to the floor compared to most recliners. If could would have gave zero stars.

You must build this chair!
As long as you are able bodied and have at least some common sense, you should be fine with buying this chair and assembling it. I built it alone with a broken foot and it took me about 35 minutes. The manufacturer accidentally labeled the steel frame pieces opposite of what they were supposed to be marked, so that took a minute to figure out.The instructions are pretty much written in Chinglish, but there are diagrams that help more than they do not. It’s not the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in, but for the price it’s decent. There seems to be very little padding in the calf support area in reclining position. The lumbar support in the lower back is a bit much and I wish I could turn that down.I’m 6’4” and 300 pounds so I’ll update if the chair begins to breakdown due to my size. I bought the extended warranty because I expect it to not last. Maybe I’ll be surprised!

Comfortable for the money, love the massages and the heat
Harder to put together but we did it. More narrow than expected. Massage and heat is good. Over all great for the money

Good for the price
This chair is good for the price, I bought two of them. the first one took me almost 2 hours to put together the second about 45 minutes. I'm a 36-year-old woman who's pretty handy with tools and my husband is out of town so I attempted to put them together by myself and it was fairly easy and instructions were pretty clear. Seems like it's good quality, pretty sturdy I like that there's pockets on either side and cup holders. The massaging could be a little bit better it's kind of weak but not bad. The biggest issue I had was that putting the cover over the sides of the chairs was a literal nightmare. I understand it's supposed to be tight but it literally took so much of my strength to get them on and I didn't even do it correctly but it works. I would rather have happily paid more in shipping for those parts to come pre-assembled.

Looks better than it feels
The finished product looks good but it is not comfortable at all. Putting it together was a pain and to finally be done and sit down for the first time and it feels rough and cheap. The heat button only works with the massager. My last recliner had the same set up but it would let you use the heat with out the massaging part. Disappointed in this purchase.

Uncomfortable
The back is a stiff. Would not recommend if you have bad back. It's smaller than it appears. I'm 6'0 and my feet hang off the end of the recliner and the back bearly supports my head.
